json - is this a bug in the jquery autosuggest plugin -


i using plugin autocomplete suggestion box 1 issue allows me enter same tag more once. example, if

  1. use example , type in "m" , choose mick jagger , select item (which adds tag)
  2. then type in "m" again, mick jagger still shows on list. if select dropdown, add textbox again.
  3. then type in "m" again , mick jagger no longer in dropdown list.

this doesn't make sense me why allow duplicate once not more once. further entries seem eliminate existing items list can't have duplicate entries.

is bug in jquery plugin?

i have revert previous assessment, there no bug.
it dosen't work mick jagger in sample. maybe there 2 mick jaggers in sample data or that.

if try of other names not issue.

btw. in ff3 me works mick jagger, these seems wrong sample code.
