asp.net - Error:"Unable to find the requested .Net Framework Data Provider. It may not be installed." -


i having error said "unable find requested .net framework data provider. may not installed."

i'm using (visual studio 2010) (sqlserver 2008 r2) , (.net framework 4.0) (asp.net:c#)

i'm trying use subsonic vb.net windows apps , mysql , had same error you, i've installed vb.net 2010 express

i read stack overflow question here suggested db connector had been installed before .net v4 (vs2010) hence couldn't found, thought sounded feasible downloaded latest mysql connector, uninstalled old 1 , installed new one. next time ran project simplerepository worked straight away!

i blaming subsonic! great!
