jquery - How to position error message -


i'm using jquery post form , if there error, need show user. ideally, echo message in place on form i'm able have echo @ top of screen not because form long , neither top or bottom readily viewable without having scroll or down. how can fix this? best way handle this?

perhaps best way roll own modal dialogue solution, or overlay you'll put message in. there jquery plugins that, simplemodal or jquery ui dialogue (this one's bit heavier).
